•Describe the change you want to make and your proposed solution.
•Identify the key stakeholders in the organization who are needed to implement the change or will be the most affected by the change. (Do not use specific names)
•Define their roles and why the issue is important to them.
Stakeholder Interviews: (4-5 pages)
•Describe how you interviewed the stakeholders. (Include a Collaboration Log as an appendix to your paper. A Collaboration Plan guide is included in the module.)
•Report on who they are, what their roles are, what their issues are, how each one views the issue or dilemma you have identified, and how each one thinks it can be solved.
•Describe how the stakeholders can support the effort to affect change.
•Describe how the literature you studied compared with the information gained from conversations with stakeholders.
•Describe how the information you gained from the stakeholders influenced your proposed solution or plan for change.
Collaboration Plan: (2-3 pages)
•Detail how your stakeholders will work with you to implement the plan. (What are their roles? What will their actions be?)
•Describe how your participants will get to see the results of their input in your project.
•Clarify how participants will be involved in making sense of your project's data.
•Clarify how you will assess the achievement of these goals. (How will you recognize "success"?)
