Cluster to Research

Think of a specific cluster that you can research and describe. Write the following about it:
Location of the cluster and size in terms of output or dollars.
A brief history of the cluster (when it started, how it started, what is unique about it, etc.).
Draw your own anatomy of a cluster based on the main industries, related industries, and supporting institutions in the particular field which encompasses the cluster. The template that you opened already has a page with the boxes. You need to fill in the boxes with your own information, similar to the example in our book, except that you have to go one step further and give specific proper names to the companies in the industries. For example, in the biopharma cluster in Boston, a supporting industry is the research universities like Harvard, UMass, MIT, where students can major in several science programs.
