Utilizing your newly acquired mail merge skills, perform the following: Download “assignment_four_data.docx” from the Modules section of Canvas™ Part One: Labels [10] 1. Create an Excel workbook for your label mail merge. The column headings in the worksheet must be the following: [1] Last Name First Name Address 1 Address 2 City State Zip Code 2. Populate the worksheet with actual or fictitious data. You must have at least 15 rows. You must also name the tab “mailmerge”. [3] 3. Create a label mail merge using Avery 5160 labels. The labels must be centered, Cailbri font, 11 point, bold, laid out accordingly: [4] Last Name, First Name Address 1 Address 2 City, State, Zip 4. Save the sheet of labels to a new document called “labels_lastname” (ex: labels_kleine.docx)[1] 5. Autofit the worksheet and save the workbook as “mailmerge_lastname” (ex: mailmerge_kleine.xlsx) [1] Part Two: Form Letter [5] Utilize the “assignment_four_data.docx”, found in the Modules section of Canvas™, to create a recruitment letter for Todd’s fall 2016 section of CIS-120. 6. Replace all items highlighted in green with the information from one record of your created worksheet in part one. [3] 7.
