  Description: The Case Study is aimed to assess you knowledge for the professional level of membership for which I'm applying - Fellowship- it will be based on a fictional organisation and give you the opportunity to demonstrate and apply you professional HR knowledge and expertise outside you curent employment situation- You recommendations should be relevant to the organisation in the Case Study- The answer will need to be crafted as a Business Report laid out with clear headings- A SWOT/PESTLE will be required on the ficticous organisation, also relevant models, graphs, tables etc can also be used-
