Case Study of an Architype Leading Across Cultures and Countries

Conduct a short case study of a leader who is an architype of leading across cultures and countries. The leader may be someone you know who you can interview, or you can select a historical leader. Although a good example would be Jesus, do not use Him as a subject for this project.
Follow Yin's case study research method for this project.
t include the cover page, abstract, and references.
To help you think through this, it will help if you write an outline that introduces the leader and, in a few sentences, state why the leader is an exemplar. Identify five to six traits/behaviors/principles/etc. about the leader that contributes to him/her being an architype.
Present these in the introduction in the order you will present them in the body of your submission. Then address each trait/behavior/principle/etc. and connect the element to leadership literature.

Case Study Outline: Leading Across Cultures – Indra Nooyi

This case study uses Indra Nooyi, former Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo (2006-2018), as an archetype of leading across cultures and countries. Nooyi, born in India and educated in the U.S., successfully led one of the world's largest multinational food and beverage corporations, operating in over 200 countries and territories.

I. Introduction: Indra Nooyi as a Global Leadership Archetype

Indra Nooyi is an exemplar of leading across cultures because she successfully integrated divergent cultural perspectives (American consumerism, developing market needs, and Indian family values) into a cohesive corporate strategy ("Performance with Purpose") that drove double-digit international growth. She navigated complex regulatory environments and consumer preferences across a massive global footprint while simultaneously championing environmental and social sustainability, a strategic priority often viewed differently across Eastern and Western business cultures.
