Case Analysis Questions

Instructions: Read all questions first, then begin answering. If the question does not apply to the case study, respond with N/A for “Not Applicable”. It may be helpful to refer to the handouts, textbook, videos, and lecture notes used during the semester. These will help you with framing your response.

  1. Which of the categories of organizational practitioners, if any, did the Change Agent fit? (Chap 3)
  2. Which of the four competencies, if any, did the Change Agent possess? (Chap 3)
  3. Were all of the Change Agent interventions ethical? (Chap. 3)
  4. Identify the first paradigm shift, if any that the Client System experienced.
  5. What was the Change Agent’s management Style? (use Blake & Mouton’s Managerial Grid)
  6. Place the major characters of the Client System in their perspective roles of the 20/50/30 Model.
  7. Did the Change Agent have a defined & comprehensive plan for change? This may include activity & commitment planning from the textbook.
