Order Description Chapter 5 An overview of the organization, (history, background etc.) and its leadership and management practices, and/or structures A discussion of the organization’s strengths and challenges and the reasoning why the identified challenges need to be addressed Present two (2) (non-MBA) recommendations or action plans that are designed for change or process improvement to sustain organizational effectiveness. All recommendations need to be cited using scholarly sources from courses across the MSLM program. However, all of the recommendations need to be written in the language understandable by a manager or leader. Approximately four (4) full APA pages and each Recommendation or Action Plan must be one (1) full page MINIMUM. Each recommendation should be at a minimum a full page and be written in terms of an action plan (please note or B- A grade). Any recommendation less than one full page in this section is not acceptable or complete.
