Campus Rape Culture
You may have heard of the documentary film “The Hunting Ground” which was released in 2015. It was
nominated for the Oscar for Best Documentary. This movie is about “Rape Culture” on college campuses and
how the victims of rape are often not taken seriously by administrators. One of the main stories in the film was
about an alleged incident in Harvard. Read the following article by Jeannie Suk, Professor at Harvard Law
School, criticizing the film and defending the student who allegedly conducted the sexual assault.
