Our text provides seven bullets on building an internal training brand. Which one (and only one) would you say was the most powerful to help establish your training & development brand? Why?

2Both the PowerPoint and the text discuss business strategy and strategic training. Many (if not most) Learning & Development (L&D) units fall within the Human Resources Department(HD). Given the important role of learning and development, what would be the advantages or disadvantages of having the L&D unit report directly into the CEO or other strategic business unit outside of HR?
