Technology has played its part in this change, as has internal and external political changes. All industrial and service sectors have experienced change. Customer satisfaction, e-commerce, competitive advantage, integrity, ethics, organisation, focus and commitment are just some of the watch-words being heavily used. 2.Task Working individually, select a particular industry and organisation (eg. Aerospace and BAE Systems, or Financial Services and Lloyds Bank). Please refer to the list of companies at the end of this document. These can not be used, and likewise, the electronics and mobile telecommunications sectors are also excluded. Research your sector and organisation and produce a business report for the organisation which details the change management issues which it should be, and can expect to be dealing with, including for example such factors as aspects of organisational behaviour, cultural, technological, political and social aspects, and economic strengths and weaknesses. This coursework relates to all lectures within the Module, and in addition to researching your chosen sector and company, additional Change Management research is essential. Published case study material will not be accepted. 3.Required Output The report should be structured exactly as below, and it should be correctly referenced using the CU Harvard reference style. A proportion of marks will be awarded for structure, professionalism and clarity. The word limit is 3000 excluding references. You will be marked down if this figure is exceeded.
