The final assessment provides you with an opportunity to develop a proposal for a CSR based initiative for your organization.

Reach out to your employer organization/ (in case you are self-employed use your own organization). Discuss with them to find out what could be an ideal budget they would be willing to spend on a CSR initiative. Plan a new CSR initiative which can be implemented by the business and can engage min. 10 employees as volunteers.

The proposal should have following components

1. Current business model of organization
2. Explain CSR initiative which is proposed & it’s benefit to business
3. Create a high level schedule & budget for this initiative
4. Explain the positive impact of above initiative on community give examples
5. Post implementation, what are the benefits the organization for the organization by engaging in this initiative. Give examples
