  1. Describe Bluemercury's business model. Make sure you include the following: (1) how does the company make money?; (2) who are its primary customers; (3) what is its value proposition; (4) what industry is it in and who are its primary competitors?
  2. Describe your company's marketing strategy. Be sure to analyze at least three of the channels we discussed in class - Website, Email, Search, Social, Long Tail, and Affiliate. How does your company use these channels? Do you think their strategy is effective?   4. What are local and mobile marketing? How does your company use them? What are some opportunities you can think of to help your company do local & mobile marketing?
  5. Analyze the long-term viability of your company. Do you think it will succeed in the next 3-5 years? Please use strategic and financial analysis to support your conclusions.
  6. What is the company's response to the current pandemic; have they changed their business model in any way? Have they changed their marketing strategy? How have they performed?
