Drug Mini - monograph Assignment The Abbreviated Drug Monograph will help the student in developing a better understanding of the drug/drug classes covered in Pharmacology and also refine his research skills. The assignment will be done in Report format so the following headings and format are to be followed ? C over sheet ? The monographs should be completed in your own words with the information being clear, concise and easy to understand . ? A cover sheet is must with the following details ? Name of the two drug selected ? Student name ? Student number ? Online cohort /Semester ? Name of the Online academic/Lecturer ? Total word count ? In the Introduction you need to address the purpose of the report only . ? Carry out comprehensive research, Integrate concepts about P harmacodynamics and other key areas of research like Human Biology, Pathology, Chemistry and Biochemistry , P harmacognosy and C omplementary and Integrative medicine (e.g. if you selected to write about Anticoagulants agents than person taking basil supplements may have an increased chance of bleeding or people taking cayenne pepper have incidences of increased cough when combined with ACE inhibitors ) (Please see the marking rubrics for the number of examples expected). ? All information presented in the drug monograph must be co rrectly referenced following the Harvard style as directed by the College. ?
