Barrier's that Advanced practice registered nurses face

There are concerns that a high percentage of nurses who graduate from an advance practice degree program do not find employment that would allow them to practice to the full extent of their education and training. Each group will conduct an informal interview with at least 2 advance practice RNs. Based on insight obtained from the interview and considering the IOM’s Recommendation #1 (http://www.nacns.org/docs/toolkit/5-IOM-Report.pdf), determine the truth of and elaborate on the magnitude of the above highlighted concerns. Discuss at least 2 possible scope-of-practice barriers that may be associated with the issue highlighted above. Is the above statement validated or refuted in the current nursing literature; give a brief overview citing at least 3 references from professional nursing journals.
