  The assignment is for units on Business Company Law and its about legal issue. The assignment carries 30 marks, I wish to achieve at least a 20-22. I've attached the assignment brief (docx file) please take note on the highlighted and bold printings. Use Footnote and Bibliography is required. I will also upload all the lecture slides. Please also use law journal articles, real law cases and text book. The law textbook we are using is: Fitzpatrick J, Symes C, Veljanovski A, Parker D. (2013) Business and Corporations Law, 3rd Ed., Lexis Nexis Butterworths (2nd Edition is fine too) It would be great if you have the access on the textbook. This assignment is very important to me, please help me to score high.
