Identify only one key quote or key term from chapters 3 and 5 from "Decolonizing Methodologies" book attached below (read pages 58-72, 145 in chapter 3
and 95-103, 151 in chapter 5). (See the Power Point from Lecture to review key terms and CHOOSE ONLY ONE)
-Once you have chosen your quote or key term from Decolonizing Methodologies, analyze it. Your thesis should clearly state an interpretation—an analysis
that is your own—that characterizes the relationship between the quote and the chapter you’re applying it to.
-Your goal is to effect a deep understanding of the meaning and significance of the quote or key term in your own words and perspective in one or two
paragraphs, and also of the material/source to which you apply the quote.
You should aim to give a new way of understanding, do not repeat the same views that presented during in powerpoint. Make the effort to find your own
perspective.
