Include a discussion on the following content under each of the respective sections:

  1. Analyze 3 evidence-based practice articles that identifies a systems approach (software or clinical
    programs) beneficial for the organization in its project management process.
  2. Apply the PIECES framework in describing the problem statement. Explain the problem or issue that

    the quality of patient care.
  4. Create a project proposal that a NIS can present in generating buy-in and support incorporating project
    management concept and process.

    Guiding principles, project assumptions, key success factors, organizational structure
    Project plan with work breakdown of tasks and activities
    Basic budget and project cost analysis for technical, training, go-live resources
    Communication strategy and risk management plan
  5. Provide a final summary paragraph that includes comments that sum up the first four sections of the paper.
