Review the different influence methods discussed in Martin (2011), Chapter 3.

List the stakeholders of your current project, or one with which you are familiar, and analyze their degree of influence on the project, the project manager’s main influence method regarding that stakeholder. Provide an example that illustrates use of that method. Then, analyze which influence method is most effective and give an example of how that method might work, if different from current. If it is the same, explain why it is effective.
