1. The overall approach adopted to employee relations within the organization, taking into account theoretical perspectives relating to employee relations values and ideologies;

2. You should critically consider the role played by the key employee relations actors in the process;

3. You should evaluate the impact of the business environment and managerial style on the employee relations strategy;

4. Your answer should incorporate a critical discussion of the organisational processes relating to employee relations that are deployed by the organisation with a particular focus on consultation, negotiation and employee engagement issues.
