Research papers are an essential part of the course. Each student will work on a topic area related to ethics. The student is free to select a topic related to some
actual case or experience involving good and bad ethical behavior by some public official or organization past or present. Once the topic is selected and approved,
students are required to write a 5-page scholarly paper (not counting the cover page, table content and the reference page) using APA writing style. This paper has to
have at least five scholarly sources cited and uses APA writing style.
