It undertook a study to find out the effect of three factors namely timely response, cordial staff and personalized

experience on customer satisfaction. A 7-point Likert scale (Strongly Disagree (1) to strongly Disagree (7)) was used to collect responses on each of the three independent variables of the study. Responses on the dependent variable were also obtained on a 7-point Likert scale (Highly Satisfied (1) to Highly Unsatisfied (7)).
