  Describe a part of your own experience as a learner or employee and critically analyse this experience with reference to <alternative organization>. Hello, as I am STUDENT, for the part of 'own experience' it would be as a learner rather than employee experience. Plan out the sections: -Introduction Base it on your conclusion. -Literature Review Summarise relevant sources -Description and Analysis of Personal Experiences Describe in detail things you have experienced Use the ideas from the literature review to work out what these mean for your topic -Conclusion Summarise what you found out from using the ideas on your experiences. Analysis is where you can demonstrate the most achievement so set aside 20% of your word count for introduction and conclusion then use most of your word count for analysis! I don’t have work experience, what do I do? Experience as a learner is also relevant to the topic of either ‘Alternative Organisations’ or ‘From Education to Employment’ How many references is ‘good’? – A relevant number.
