Design a board performance assessment tool for your organization. This can take the form of a matrix, a survey, a set of discussion questions for facilitation, or any form you would like - but please be prepared to share the rationale for choosing the form you do.
Building on the exercises completed and concepts learned throughout the course, write a 5-page (double-spaced) assignment, covering the following components:
Design rationale for the board performance tool, including recommendations for administration tactics.
Assessment of your board’s effectiveness from your unique point of view.
Assessment of your board’s satisfaction of their legal duties as fiduciaries of the organization.
Recommendations for improving your organization’s governance.
