Evidence-Based Change Project Status Report

The requirements of this assignment are for students to:
1. Validate the problem is amenable to evidence-based research interventions
( first of all, need to be clear of what is problem, how to amend it, what are EBR interventions? And start writing it.)

2. Review the professional literature

3. Identify obstacles and steps taken to manage and stabilize successful implementation of the Change Project Plan developed in this class
4. Discuss project implementation to date, resources used and continued support needed.
(placement is simulation laboratory in a nursing school. Staff nurses helps.

5. Identify expected project outcomes and any timeline adjustments needed.
– Do not repeat same all outcomes as the project plan paper.
(duration of project is 9 weeks long fro 8/31 – 10/30)
