I would like to talk about servant leadership. This leadership style is based on the idea that leaders should serve their followers, rather than the other way around. Servant leaders are humble, empathetic, and focused on the needs of their team. They are also willing to share power and responsibility, and they create a culture of trust and collaboration.
I find servant leadership to be an attractive leadership style because it is based on values that I believe in. I believe that leaders should be humble and put the needs of others first. I also believe that leaders should be collaborative and create a culture where everyone feels valued and respected.
