Student teams will now prepare a final report discussing the business performance of their unique coffee shop.
The report will be in two (2) parts: (1) Executive Summary and (2) Detail Business Analysis (PPT).
The written must have the following sections:
Section 1)Coffee Shop Name
Section 2)Team Roster (List of participating student members)
Section 3)Overall Financial Results. This section will be a summary of financial performance. Starting with the
initial business plan compare your estimates to actual results. Provide 2-3 paragraphs highlighting the financial
results of business over the nine (9) decision rounds. The write-up should present the quarterly growth or
decline in revenues and profits. Also, in the paragraph(s) the team should highlight any key factors for the
annual financial results. Discuss how well the shop performed in the market. Was the coffee shop profitable?
(Show tables and charts) And Why? Discuss the decisions that were made that created the overall
performance of the coffee shop. If your team were to restart the simulation what would you have done
differently?
