Topic: Ethics in Human Resource Management

Order Description
Taking on a consultancy role to explore problematic issues (if any) of human resource management within an existing company, drawing on that organisation’s own website pronouncements or articulated by its own management as being problems. The topic is equal opportunity. We are required to examine an organisations’ website and present findings and state what the organisation states compared with that it actually does in relation to the topic. Also apply key theoretical terms and concepts of HRM to practical examples. Instructions attached (Key reading, the company etc).
