What does this segment offer? 3) A description of the customers, competitors, suppliers and substitutes being considered- (Items 2 and 3 should be simple, bulleted lists) 4) Discuss the implications of you analysis-what are the biggest threats or challenges for businesses in this industry segment? What should businesses in this segment do to be successful?
