2012 IDSA AgreeII Fill in Form

  Critique the article using the Agree II Instrument Fill in Form. Please fill in the blank form (Agree II Instrument) using the article that I have sent in. This assignment is similar to the previous one sent in but it uses a different article. I have sent four (4) files. Please note this "fill in" form does not need to be double spaced and the critique of the article answering the questions can be single spaced. I have allowed for five (5) pages. 1). The Agree-II-Users-Manual Update 2013 is an overall instructions on how to use and complete the Agree II form. 2). The Agree II SamplePageNumbers is an example/sample of the Agree tool used on a guideline for insomnia. 3). The 3rd file is the Agree II “fill in" form. This is the form needed to complete the critique of the guidelines on management of diabetic foot. Please “fill in? the Agree II using the article titled “2012 Infectious Diseases Society of America Clinical Practice Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Foot Infections.” I have included a sample of paper on Agree II that was written on Insomnia. The clinical site should be given mostly 7’s and a few 6’s because it did follow the guideline. 4). The 4th file is the guideline on IDSA Guidelines. This is the article that needs to be critiqued using the “fill in? is the blank Agree II and the article to be critiqued file name is IDSA 2012 DFU Guideline (please speak favorable and give mostly 7’s and a few 6’s.
