Sample Intro and Structure:
In this essay I’m going to show that both Allen Ginsberg in “First Party at Ken Kesey’s with Hell’s Angels” and William Blake in “The Tyger” use many of the same images to convey the atmosphere of hell.
First image they both use: fire! PROVE THEY BOTH USE THE IMAGE OF FIRE BY GIVING THE READER THE QUOTES!!!! For example, Blake says “----‘ and Ginsberg says “ -------.”
Second image they both use: Give the quotes.
Third image they both use: Give the quotes.
Fourth – any other images they may not both use, but which are totally fantastic images of hell that the poets may use individually? Tell us what images, and give the quotes.
